Living in the World of Warcraft

Have been on WoW for quite sometime now, and still cant get enough of it! Apart from the cartoonish graphics(although extremely detailed and life like), what truly amazes me about World of Warcraft is the awesome gameplay. One can really get hooked on this game by just playing it( same goes for the RTS Warcraft I-III).

With rich and in-depth history taken from the RTS Warcraft I-III, this game truly offers players the absolute experience, to delve and be part of the game. Login to the game and choose between the two warring factions - Alliance and Horde. Each faction has 5 races to choose from, each with their own distinct racial abilities and stat distribution(Alliance - Human, Dwarf, Gnome, Night Elf, Draenei ; Horde - Orc, Undead, Tauren, Troll, Blood Elf).

Questing takes up the main part of the levelling process(brilliantly done by the game makers, as they take out the grinding part that most MMORPGs out there still adopt). Each quest brings you further out to explore the great realm of Azeroth and after that to the Outlands. With intermingling of ancient Warcraft history and stories, it really gives one the feeling that you are playing a part in moving the big wheel. and deciding the fate of your faction.

Like any other game, World of Warcraft is fantasy based, a realm filled with strange creatures, both mythical and diabolical, from dragons to demons, humans to beasts etc. Each creature is made distinct with their own special features, abilities, weaknesses. For levelling, players acquire items through drops, auction houses or NPCs. All sales are conducted through the trade of Gold, Silver or Copper, the in game currency.

All you have to do to start off is to purchase a Authentication Key to create an account, upgrade to the expansion with the Burning Crusade CD-key, and reload your play time with the 60-day Time Card. I did all of this in one, including registering a trial-key, which gives me a total of 100days play time, in which I’m already Level 70 going for big raids, and i havent even reloaded my subscription yet, with more than a month’s time to spare!
